Convection oven with fixed trays, suitable for baking fresh, frozen and par-baked bread, pastry, and pizza on tray.

  • Stainless steel door with two tempered glasses, allowing a perfect view of the deck and perfect insulation.
  • Door opening in two phases to give the steam time to disperse, with no risk for the operator
  • Lighting with iodine lamps placed between the door glasses, allowing a perfect view of the product
  • Automatic steam exhaust system via a fresh air inlet damper in the baking deck
  • Removable electric box on the front, for an easy maintenance
  • Stainless steel prover on wheels (heat generator and humidifier version). A thermostat adjusts the internal temperature while humidity is controlled by means of a push button.
