Mondial Forni LEM

Modial Forni LEM

  • LEM 41 80120: 4 deck oven, each measuring 81x125 cm (total baking surface 4 sq.m)
  • LEM 41 80180: 4 deck oven, each measuring 81x185 cm (baking surface of 6 sq.m)

The outside of the oven (front and side panels) is in stainless steel. The control panel,  simplified in its structure and positioned on the front, enables fast and easy maintenance.
The adjustable feet permit thorough cleaning of the floor area under the oven.
Among the optionals available there is also a built-in manual elevator, for faster and easier way of loading the products in the oven.

Three-turning smoke ducts

Mondial Forni

Steam tube fixed deck ovens, gas or gasoil heated, composed of independent decks with standard working height from 22 cm to 17 cm according to the model.
Mondial and Ecomondial series are particularly suitable for medium/large size bread and any other products that require baking from bottom to top and large steam
production.
Loading with: trays, manual or mechanical setters, automatic elevators. Maximum baking temperature: 300 C° Mondialforni’s over 60 years experience ensures top performances and maximum reliability and safety.

Mondial Forni Turbomondial

Mondial Forni

Fixed deck oven, gas/gasoil heated, made up of a single deck, which can be split in:

  • 8 layers with 16 cm working height for trays and 11 cm for setters
  • 7 layers with 19 cm working height for trays and 14 cm for setters

The Turbomondial series is particularly suitable for baking medium/large size bread and any type of products requiring heating from bottom to top and large steam production.
Compared to a traditional fixed deck oven, the loading /unloading operations are carried out more quickly by a single operator using special racks for trays/setters.
Maximum baking temperature: 270°C.
